Hey there! Even though it's mostly Tuesday............... What a great day I had!  I was over at Disc Daddy's dropping off a few cd's and while I was there I went browsing for Common Ground! (I've been looking for their first CD, "Mostly on Mondays" and had given up finding it here locally!) Well, I looked in the Rock section under: "C".......and BAM! There it was! ...and in the pawn shops.

Cool! where is Disc Daddy's? and what is it? Hi ya! Disc Daddy's is a really cool cd shop on University Parks Drive. It's in the old strip center that used to have Ivy Twin Cinema. It is a smaller shop and is independentely owned and operated by a really nice guy named: Mark Smith. He really supports all the local music and has a special section for local artists. He also is happy to let bands put up flyers and/or calenders for their shows. He does a consignement deal on the local music. Your cd, "Mostly on Mondays" was brand new, still shrink wrapped, etc and was in his regular rock section with a price tag of $8.99 on it. It wasn't in a bargain bin. I think there were 2 of them. I didn't see any copies of "Fragile" or "Take 3"..............but then again I was so surprised and excited when I saw it....well, I just ran straight up to the counter to buy it!  It might be worth a stop by to see him one of these days! He's got a very nice little store with a decent selection of music, and definitely supports the local music scene! JG |

We're completely SOLD OUT of our 1st CD, "mostly on mondays" - so now we can tell those who ask (and many ask occasionally) where they can get it, so now we can tell 'em!
